This is ridiculous. Don't you think you could help your fellow editors by taking a more patient approach? 42 new proposals is unprecedented and unreasonable. Chris Troutman (talk) 19:50, 29 October 2019 (UTC)

Chris's choice of section title is needlessly personal and rude (if it was my own talk page, I'd apply WP:REMOVEUNCIVIL), but in substance he is right, and I appreciate the self-revert. I'm not sure what you meant when you said that these are "only proposals." If you're suggesting that you haven't thought them out as well as you'd like, I'd suggest you either do so, or better yet, start an open-ended discussion as you did at Wikipedia talk:Vital articles/Level/2#99/100, rather than leading with a proposal you're not completely sure you actually want to defend. @Cobblet: Actually I had working on that a long time for months in my main sandbox (BTW which why I reached to 40 proposals from about 20, when I long though about the list) so I am sure about my rationales (if my English is OK). As I nominated a lot of changes, I also kept escription "only proposals" and "nobody know everything about everything" to courage other editors to be more focussed on theirarguments and their rationales rather than finding one absurd nomination among 40 suggestions or personal comments Dawid2009 (talk) 05:45, 30 October 2019 (UTC)
Opening 40 proposals at the same time will probably make it harder, not easier, to have focused discussions on each. By the way, cryptography is listed, while cryptology is a redirect. Cobblet (talk) 12:32, 30 October 2019 (UTC)
