Middle Initials are Unconstructive?

I was trying to put in a slightly more complete version of someone's name and it was undone with a stock message equating it to an experiment fit for the sandbox. It may have been a very minor addition, but I disagree with the assertion that making someone's name more complete is a nuisance edit. -- 173.74.12.29 (talk) 20:08, 24 April 2016 (UTC)

Hi Captain Raju, I appreciate your attention to detail! My change on the Every Nation page was an intentional one, I mistakenly replaced one book title with another. I'm not even quite sure what vandalism or experimentation on a Wikipedia page entails. Thanks! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Arielexandria (talkcontribs) 19:18, 25 April 2016 (UTC)

SPI For the Opinion Poll vandal

Just letting you know I combined the reports you created in SPI into one report to keep from duplicating reports on the page. RickinBaltimore (talk) 18:16, 26 April 2016 (UTC)

Waylon Jennings

The entire section on Jennings drug use is absolute conjecture, not supportable with any facts, and does not belong in any kind of encyclopedic entry. Kindly remove as I have or I shall have it reported. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.250.55.204 (talk) 18:52, 26 April 2016 (UTC)

Headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!!

Please revert your edit and remove the notice from my talk page. My edit is constructive, see Talk:Headbanger (Babymetal song)#Requested move 9 April 2016. The article was moved, but the track listings are still sourced from the actual liner notes of the official release. --Moscow Connection (talk) 17:57, 27 April 2016 (UTC)

Razib Hasan

Yes its a autobio and Razib Hasan is very likely to be unotable-but I put up a hasty tag as you did speedy it a little fast. Wgolf (talk) 19:33, 27 April 2016 (UTC)

THE CULT- photo change

Hello there we are trying to make a constructive change to update THE CULT page with a current photo however you have deleted this . Can you explain why we will not be allowed to post our own photos ? I am an administrator for the band and have found that my additions always get undone. Not sure what I am doing wrong. hi sorry for article . I just need to share the story of Happy Days to the network . I was a director of the absurd production Happy Days when I was in University . I graduated in drama study and I try to translate into Thai language for studying .

Hello. I am very sorry that what I said did not seem constructive. Thank you for fixing it. I in my part will not put Such gibberish anymore as I have no time to dilly dally. Have a nice day. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.76.245.84 (talk) 20:07, 28 April 2016 (UTC)

RVC page

I removed a section that I had just added because I'm having trouble getting my citations to insert/moved from my sandbox page. I'm still working on it. Suggestions? Mellieclem (talk) 20:40, 29 April 2016 (UTC)

Quincy Newspapers page edits

Hello.

I sent you an email about reverting my edits to the Quincy Newspapers page. I work for the company. It is no longer called Quincy Newspapers, Inc. Our new name is Quincy Media, Inc. I have made several edits in an attempt to bring the page up to date. It looks like none of them are there now.

In fact, the page URL itself should be Quincy Media... or maybe a new Quincy Media page should be added, directing to the older page?

Given the official name change, how do you suggest that I proceed? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Quincy Media (talkcontribs) 20:53, 29 April 2016 (UTC)

Quincy Newspapers revert

Why this revert? The previous edits, even though by someone involved with the subject, seem to be basic factual updates: That company really did rename itself to Quincy Media and change its web address. --Closeapple (talk) 18:03, 30 April 2016 (UTC)

Hi, CAPTAIN RAJU,
I know you meant to be helpful but it would be more appropriate for Maile66, his nominator Mr. Stradivarius or Xeno, the bureaucrat who closed the RfA, to award him the Administrator icon and userbox. Liz Read! Talk! 15:28, 2 May 2016 (UTC)

2016 GA Cup-Round 3

WikiProject Good Articles's 2016 GA Cup - Round 3

Hello, GA Cup competitors!

Thursday saw the end of Round 2. Sainsf once again took out Round 2 with an amazing score of 996 (a higher score then he received in Round 1!). In second place, MPJ-DK earned an astounding 541 points, and in third place, Carbrera received 419 points.

In Round 2, 142 reviews were completed! At the beginning of April, there were 486 outstanding nominations in the GAN queue; by the end of Round 1, there were 384. Another demonstrable way in which this competition has made a difference is in the length of time articles languish in the queue. At the beginning of this GA Cup, the longest wait was over 9 months [10]; at the end of Round 2, the longest wait had decreased significantly, to a little over 5 months.[11] It's clear that we continue to make a difference at GAN and throughout Wikipedia, something we should all be proud of. Thanks to all our competitors for helping to make the GA Cup a continued success, and for your part in helping other editors improve articles. We hope to see all remaining users fighting it out in Round 3 so we can keep lowering the backlog as much as possible.

To qualify for the third round, contestants had to earn the two highest scores in each of the four pools in Round 2; plus, one wildcard. We had an unusual occurrence happen in Round 2: because only one contestant submitted reviews in one pool, we selected the contestant with the next highest score to move forward to Round 3. (There will be a rule change for future competitions in case something like this happens again.) For Round 3, users were placed in 3 random pools of 3. To qualify for the Final of the 3rd Annual GA Cup, the top user in each pool will progress, and there will also be one wildcard. This means that the participant who comes in 4th place (all pools combined) will also move on. Round 3 will start on May 1 at 0:00:01 UTC and end on May 29 at 23:59:59 UTC. Information about Round 3 and the pools can be found here.

Good luck and have fun!

Cheers from Figureskatingfan, 3family6, Jaguar, MrWooHoo, and Zwerg Nase.

To subscribe or unsubscribe to future GA Cup newsletter, please add or remove your name to our mailing list. If you are a participant still competing, you will be on the mailing list no matter what as this is the easiest way to communicate between all participants.

Grammar correction.

Hi, you recently reverted one of my edits on The Human Centipede 3 (Final Sequence). My original edit took this:

"Bill decides to stamp on the arm of the prisoner (Tommy 'Tiny' Lister), exposing the bone and causing immense pain."

And turned it into this:

"Bill decides to stomp on the arm of the prisoner (Tommy 'Tiny' Lister), exposing the bone and causing immense pain."

Due to the act of stamping to be a quick tap of the foot on the ground (Once or multiple times), while stomping is the act to trample heavily. Due to the amount of damage done to the arm of the prisoner, it would be conclusive that the arm was "stomped" on. Grammar correction is something that should classify as constructive (in my own opinion). Feel free to leave me any feed back.
