Giants suck :(

spending too much time with your Mets. At least the Broncos collapse was worse, can I take solace in that? How's life in Brew world? StarM 00:52, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, its pretty bad these days. Brew himself is not doing that bad. He's not around as much as he used to as real-life had sort of taken precedence. I see you templated your page something about semi-retirement. That sort of confused my for a sec because I thought you were younger then that :) Sorry to see you go; you were one of the more sane people around here. That, however, may be what's getting you to leave this crazy place :) --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 05:13, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
Oh no, talking in 3rd person. That sounds like one may also be losing one's sanity. :-p Hoping all the real life things are good ones. Yeah, I'm pretty well done here. Come back to poke Keeper on occcasion and say hi to others I know and miss, but I don't miss Wikipedia in general. It lost what was fun for me. StarM 05:36, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
I know what you mean. Those wikipedia donation requests pop up when i sign in, and i think to myself "you want money form me? you should be paying me!" lol. --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 05:39, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
hate the size of those ads/requests. I find them tacky. Ugh. Happy MOnday StarM 13:21, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

NGO Monitor

Hi! Please have a look at the article NGO Monitor, especially the section dealing with criticism of the "NGO", where respected sources characterise NGOM as a fringe entity, not a reliable source as per WP:RS. Cheers, --Dailycare (talk) 16:04, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

They are critisized as much as any NGO. But at the end of the day, they are like any other notable albeit critisized NGO whose statments are mentioned in WP articles.--brewcrewer (yada, yada) 17:05, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

This edit

  1. I am not a sockpuppet - I created an account specifically to create the sockpuppet investigation as the creation of new SPIs requires an account. Try assuming a modicum of good faith.
  2. If you are, as you claim, unrelated to NoCal, I can't see why you would either (a) notice or (b) care about my edit to his talk page.
  3. NoCal is blocked. He can edit his talk page to create an unblock request, but reformatting it to be a hagiography to his constructive edits, whilst removing the block notice highlighting his constant socking, whilst all the while not posting an unblock request is unacceptable. If I have to (talk) 13:56, 5 January 2010 (UTC)
Its his talk page. Leave it alone. --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 14:29, 5 January 2010 (UTC)
Well, no, actually, it's not, as he doesn't own his talk page. See Wikipedia:User_page#Ownership_and_editing_of_pages_in_the_user_space, and in particular the bit under the heading of "Removal of comments, warnings" where it talks about not removing notices and templates relating to blocks and sockpuppetry "These notices and templates may be necessary in order to keep a user from gaming the system. Such templates are intended not only to communicate with the user in question, but to share important information about e.g. blocks and sockpuppetry with other users. Particularly relevant with someone who's created countless socks to edit war and get around Arbcom sanctions, and who is clearly still around...wouldn't you think?
If you're going to try and describe my edits as vandalism, at least be aware what vandalism actually is and isn't first. If I have to (talk) 14:50, 5 January 2010 (UTC)

AfD nomination of Feloni

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Feloni. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Feloni (4th nomination). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:07, 20 January 2010 (UTC)
