I need to publish a draft

Do you want to send it to the Articles for Creation (AFC) for review first, or do you want to publish it directly into the mainspace without the AFC process? If you want your article to be reviewed by a new page reviewer, put this code at the top of your draft: {{subst:submit}}.

Unfortunately, you have been blocked because of your username and your usage of promotion. Wikipedia is not an advertiser]. I can give you this much help because of your block. Thank you. —BeyWHEELZTC 01:54, 7 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

There are several issues here. First of all, your username is the name of a company and thus violates Wikipedia's username policy. For that reason (and for the content of your edits; more on that later) I have blocked this account. Wikipedia accounts are only for individuals, not for groups or companies, and the username must reflect that. More details on the block are given below. You should also take a look at our policies on conflicts of interest and on paid-contribution disclosure.
Regarding the draft itself, I have added a messagebox with a "submit your draft for a review" button (though you'll need to deal with the block before you can use that), but currently the draft is not ready to become a live article. It doesn't establish that reliable sources have covered Gilman in any detail and thus does not establish notability. While people participating in the Olympics are generally presumed to be notable, there is no such presumption for Junior Olympics participants. On top of that, the draft is unduly promotional (that's the other reason for the block and something you will need to address in addition to the username if you want to contest the block). February 2018 edit

There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Because of those problems, the account has been blocked indefinitely from editing.

If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:

  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
If you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Huon (talk) 01:48, 7 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
