If granting User:Kmweber admin tools is going to produce some free food and beer in Wikipedia then the user should be supported in that request.
A commentary on my definition of a net positive (PART TWO)

At WP:RFA I will often sum up my feelings by stating if I believe a candidate will be a net positive in bringing free food and beer to Wikipedia as an administrator as well as an editor. My interpretation is as follows:

  • It is probable, and desirable, that a new administrator will bring some free food and beer to the party.
  • It is probable, although not certain, that a new administrator will bring some free food and beer before promotion as a bribe.
  • It is possible, although much less certain, that any given new administrator will not bring enough free food and beer.
  • It is possible, although unlikely, that any given new administrator will also start handing out money.

The objective of RFA is to determine if the community believes that Kurt is capable of handing out the freebies that come with adminship, and the implication of the outcome of handing out free food and beer to the community.

If Kurt is going to hand out free food and beer then this brings a NET POSITIVE (PART TWO) into play and support is mandatory.
