Paul-Pierre Valli

I am a French retired civil servant, and my 42 years career was mainly devoted to administration of education and universitary research, apprenticeship, long life learning and student services.

But my favorite hobbies, from my young age, were naval history, warships, specially French modern ones, and secondly the Napoleon's time history.
