Nastrans is a fourth-year Business Management student at De La Salle University-Dasmariñas in Cavite, Philippines. He has edited and added a lot of sports-related articles fot Wikipedia since late-2005. He was born and raised in Las Pinas City and currently lives in Muntinlupa. He also traced his root in Pangasinan and Negros Occidental.
Unfortunately, he roots for the struggling New York Knicks while rooting for decent clubs such as the MLB's Cleveland Indians, the NFL's Denver Broncos and the San Miguel Beermen of the Philippine Basketball Association.
He is also a professional wrestling fan, having seen a WWE Live Event at the Araneta Coliseum and also saw Extreme Championship Wrestling, World Championship Wrestling, Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, All Japan Pro Wrestling and FMW matches on television.
In 2005, he became a sportswriter for Heraldo Filipino, a campus newspaper in DLSU-Dasmarinas. In 2006, he placed third in the PBA Sportswriting Contest.
