I don't personally buy into conservatism of today. And this is despite that I'm a paleo-conservative in the American sense. My fellow conservatives around me are too different and too aggressive. America's conservatism has pretty much destroyed the free world in Asia. A Catholic nun I befriended during my long experience of church service once said that "there's no such thing as democracy in this world and only honesty is the main motivator of society and politics.".

I'm a half-Korean. I'm very worried that the people represent the half of me are becoming too conservative, too American-friendly. I hope many of the Korean contributors wouldn't censor the Korea-related contents too much. It's because censorship is a very aggressive form of dishonesty and it's the anti-thesis of democracy of today.

Let us keep respecting the honest good in our pure heart despite the outgoing chaos from the malevolent evil.

A story edit

I don't think I will contribute to any article on South Korean politics due to many reasons. Somehow I was wrongfully accused as if I'm a very dangerous person according to a Korean contributor. Should I be disturbed by this accusation? Never. I feel sadder after this event. I told my reasons why I can't have a positive image of South Korea in the most honest way and without offending the person who accused me. There is something very unusual about this incident. I feel more uncertain about him and the certain part of my heart than never before. I think he wants to avoid what I said. No matter what the odds are, I will try to think good of him. It seems that he needs some brotherly love from others. Anyway, this country seems to be hopeless despite I had tried to have a positive image on South Korea. What can I do? It does look like South Koreans don't want any positive image to themselves and it is just my personal opinion as of now. I can always change my own opinion when a single Korean individual can open up his honest heart to me.

Living in Korea edit

It's very bad. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live in Korea. It's a soul-sucking experience for an upright Catholic like me. Maybe North Korea is really the Best Korea like how so many internet users in the West is saying.

For anyone reading this. You should never live in Korea. It will harm you.

A strange encounter edit

From a Korean(-American): "And while I think Korean politics are dirty, the election itself was clean."

Hypocrisy at its finest.

Warning edit

Please be aware. Korean contributors often can't resolve edit disputes through win-win situations. You might say something? I'm sort of a self-hating Korean. But anyways, please be careful.
