Johnson Oludeinde Oluata Esq, is a Professional Accountant and a wikipedian, born in Nigeria to the family of Solomon Arugudu Osebade, Chief Oluata of Owo) and Madam Elizabeth Fanawola Oluata,(nee Fayose-Abiuwa) of Owo, Johnson had his primary school education in Local Authority Primary School Ijebu Owo [1], St Georges Primary School Owo, and Holy Trinity Anglican School Maiduguri all in Nigeria. Johnson attended Methodist High School, Owo for his West African School Certificate (West African Examinations Council). He is an Alumnus of University of Lagos, Akoka ,Yaba Lagos where he obtained his Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, and later studied for Advanced Diploma in Commercial Law and Practice in the same college. Mr Oluata's mother tongue is Yoruba language, and he reads and writes English.

Mr Oluata is a member of various professional bodies including but not limited to:The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria,Association of National Accountants of Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Chartered Institute of Administration, Nigerian Institute of Management (Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators,South African Institute of Tax Practitioners, Audit and Assurance Faculty of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales,GRC Group SOX Institute, USA, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners,XBRL International, International Council for Small Business, IAAER) 'currently a member of ACFE Advisory Council and member of the Governing Council of Association of National Accountants of Nigeria. He believe in networking and benchmarking for excellence, he has passion for the arts[2] and constantly advocate for a symbiotic relationship between Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and Small and Medium Practice (SMP)[3], in conformance with International Federation of Accountants[4] and World Bank policies. Mr Oluata working life was more with the Mitsui & Co Ltd Group where he voluntarily retired as General Manager in 2003, he had previously worked in National Bureau of Statistics of Nigeria (formerly Federal Office of Statistics), United Bank for Africa Plc, Five Stars Industries and Nestle Foods Plc, he now runs his own practices, TYSOG Consulting [5] and Johnson Oluata & Co.[6],trained in the Audit firm of Segun Fagbulu Associates in addition to professional experience acquired by interface with the statutory auditors of Mitsui &Co Nigeria Ltd (MBK Nigeria Ltd) and Mitsui related companies like Nija Water Development & Construction Co Ltd, the auditors were D.O.Dafinone & Co (now Howarth Dafinone)[7] and Oni Lasebikan & Co (now Ernst & Young)[8]
