I think it would be better if there are some information about the motives of the names of each region. For example, Kanto region in the Pokemon universe is from the Kanto region in Japan where Okinawa is located. I also think that more elaborate descriptions about the more well-known Pokemons (e.g., some information about Pikachu or Bulbasar, not just legendary Pokemons like Arceus) can grasp more attention and develop curiosity of the readers.
The history about the company that created the Universe and some information about the very first form of the game could be added to the description of the history of the Pokemon Universe.
