Some plans are meant to be read by people. Business plans are meant to be read by business people. Marketing plans are meant to be read by marketing people. Military plans are meant to be read by military people, but not by the enemy military people. Similarly, evil plans are also not meant to be read by the enemy, except the enemy is everyone.
As an everyone, you should probably not be reading an evil plan, because it is not meant to be read by you.
