My name is Emily and I'm a senior double majoring in Biology and Dance at Washington University in St. Louis. My research interests are in cancer biology, specifically in the mechanisms of early leukemogenesis. I am also a classically trained ballet dancer, although I do totally love swing dance, and pursue both actively. After graduating, I hope to be a real enough adult where I can curl up by a real fireplace with my dogs and a good mystery novel (preferably Agatha Christie).
