Routine reversion of IP edits edit
Link to example IP editor who seems to contribute high quality edits; seems knowledgeable about the subjects edited and cites his edits with good references. [1]. This would also appear to be an experienced editor (understands primary topics) but I have not been able to link it to any other IP addresses or accounts, so may have been a lurker.
