Charles Davis [1] was born on August 25, 1965, in Buffalo, New York to Christine Marie Davis. Growing up as poor help him focus on education. He was the first in his family to attend and graduate college. Mr. Davis attend night school at the University of buffalo for 8 years. He obtained his bachelor’s in communications from the University of Buffalo in 1999. During this time, he worked a full-time job and a part-time job. The focus of this achievement were his son and daughter. On December 12, 1993, he fathered Blake Davis his first son. Three years later, he fathered his daughter Madison Davis on March 12, 1996.

After college in 2000, Mr. Davis went through a divorce and relocated to Boynton Beach, Florida. After two years of struggling, he accepted a job at the Palm Beach Post as an Advertising Executive. This was the beginning of how he would eventually help thousands suffering from drug and alcohol addiction. He learned how to sell advertising and marketing on the web in this position. In 2009, he left the Palm Beach Post and went to work for the Sun Sentinel. The reason for leaving was a huge loss in advertising dollars by the Palm Beach Post. during this Advertising Executive position, he furthered his skills of generating revenue from advertising. However, once again, a newspaper lost too much revenue to the web.

This led to him obtaining a position with US Journal Training. This was exactly what he needed to push him into helping those suffering from substance abuse. During this role he learn how drug and alcohol addiction treatment centers treat those suffering from drug and alcohol addiction. After 2 years he would leave on open his own advertising agency.

March 15, 2014, he opened Behavioral Health Network Resources. This would turn out to be one of the best drug rehab marketing agencies in the United States. Using all his education and years of advertising experience, he found a way to help many. He partnered with AGAPE drug and alcohol detox center in Port St Lucie, Florida to help 1000's fighting substance abuse. They sponsored what would become the start of Behavioral Health Network resources raising addiction treatment scholarships to fight the heroin epidemic. In 2021, President Biden released the White House statistics showing we lost over 200 lives per week in a 12-month span.

As part of the drug rehab marketing agency, he would hold Addiction Executive conferences. These were set-up to educate on ethical business and marketing practices. However, he used these events for another purpose. At a Behavioral Health Network Resources Addiction Executive conference, he used his addiction professional audience to raise $250,000 worth of substance abuse rehabilitation scholarships. He did this for an organization called The Addicts Mom. Then again, in June of 2017, he raised over $400,000 worth of addiction treatment scholarships for the Riveria Beach civil Drug Court.
