Toru Takagiwa (高木和 徹, Takagiwa Toru, born April 15, 1995 in Nogi, Tochigi) is a Japanese football player.[2] He plays for JEF United Chiba.

On 17 December 2021, Takagiwa officially signed to J2 club, Tokyo Verdy.[3]

On 25 December 2022, Takagiwa was loaned out to J2 promotion club, Iwaki FC from 2023 season.[4]
