Cat does not exist

@UnitedStatesian: Hi. Regarding the non-existent category, what I was hoping was that it would serve as a tracking category, so we could see what pages somebody might have forgotten to re-delete after the SPI was over. I'm not up on all the nuances of categories, but isn't there a way to have cats which might from time-to-time be empty? -- RoySmith (talk) 16:12, 22 February 2022 (UTC)
