Template:S&DJR RDT edit

I have simplified the diagram at the northern end at the expense of the two spurs served by the Bridgewater branch. All comments are invited. Britmax (talk) 12:29, 20 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

Well, there is only one 'e' in Bridgwater (the diagram is right in respect of spelling), however on the 'simplified' Bridgwater branch I would suggest that Bridgwater Cement, Lime, Brick and Tile Works comes after Bridgwater North not before it.Pyrotec (talk) 17:47, 20 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
Should Highbridge wharves be included as a separate entity? They were some way from Highbridge staion. NtheP (talk) 11:12, 18 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

M5 Motorway edit

Do we actually need the "current location of M5 motorway"? It was built after the line closed, and so could be omitted. David Bailey (talk) 16:22, 25 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

I have removed "current location of M5 motorway" near Brigwater and Highbridge for the diagram. David Bailey (talk) 13:15, 8 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
Surely it's useful in showing the location of where the line was in relation to the motorway and/or teh motorway crosses its route FM talk to me | show contributions ]  10:06, 24 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Poole to Hamworthy ferry edit

Does anyone know if the Poole to Hamworthy ferry is still operating? If not, then we should be using   instead. David Bailey (talk) 15:03, 8 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

No, it was replaced by the lifting bridge a long time ago but when the original station was on the Hamworthy side the ferry was the only way to get across without going round Holes Bay. Britmax (talk) 16:50, 8 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
Thanks. I'll exBOOT it! David Bailey (talk) 17:09, 8 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
