Capitalization edit

The capatalization is wrong, since "Maryland state highway" by itself is not a proper noun (since the term doesn't refer to a specific highway), the text should read "This article relating to Maryland state highways is a stub. Please help Wikipedia by expanding it". Also the name of the template should be "Maryland-state-highway-stub" since I'm pretty sure the word stub isn't capatalized in most stubs. And also, just to clarify things, "Maryland state highway" is written like that but "Maryland State Highway 2" for example has the words State and Highway capatalized since it refers to a specific highway. I wasn't sure how it should be capatalized at first but I got it now, so I hope that helps.
