Athlon 3000G is not Zen+ edit

The recent addition of the Athlon 3000G to this table is incorrect as it is not 12nm Zen+. It's actually a 14nm Raven2 part and has more in common with the Ryzen 3200U and Athlon 300U laptop parts, neither of which are Picasso either and are therefore also in the wrong table.
