@MisterCake:Your edit asserts Clemson football is a member of the SIAA conference in 1899 and also reverts my tagged request for a Template:Better source. My citation of Clemson's 2016 Media Guide, pg 200 shows 1899 Clemson football was not part of SIAA or any other conference -contrast the 1899 visual treatment with 1900, 1901, 1938, 1953, and later years where the conference name and conference W-L-T record are explicity broken out.

Yes as I've said many times now. The glomerata AND the newspaper, which both by itself are superior to a media guide simply being silent on the matter. It's apparent they only know of the SIAA years where they have SIAA championships. Cake (talk) 10:02, 15 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
