Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously: if you are the copyright holder and would like to use this image on Wikipedia, please follow the instructions given at WP:DONATEIMAGE. This will start the process to get an VRTS ticket in place on the item proving that Wikipedia has permission to use it. The image should be uploaded to Commons, not directly to Wikipedia. This template is used to notify new users how to submit copyrighted images for use on Wikipedia. It should be used as a single-notice warning, placed on the talk page after the copyrighted image has been flagged for deletion under CSD#F9 or similar criteria.
