General: Article is new enough and long enough

Policy compliance:

Hook eligibility:

  • Cited: Yes - Offline/paywalled citation accepted in good faith
  • Interesting: No - See comment
QPQ: Done.

Overall: Copyvio report good, but most sources are not in English, so I'm assuming good faith on plagiarism. The main hook & ALT1 hook are not that interesting to me, especially since she just repped someone in a human rights violation case as opposed to having been prosecuted or prosecuting a case such as that. I have suggested ALT2 instead, which notes the historic aspect of her appointment as deputy governor. QuakerSquirrel (talk) 16:17, 4 June 2021 (UTC)

@QuakerSquirrel: Hi, thank you for reviewing. I always tried to avoid "X is the first" because there was a bit of a controversy regarding such format not long ago. Personally, whenever I put the "X is the first" part, I always tried to pair it with an equally interesting fact from the article. Is it possible to propose another alternative blurb that pairs the "first" fact with another interesting fact from the article? --Regards, Jeromi Mikhael 05:37, 8 June 2021 (UTC)
@Jeromi Mikhael:, thanks for the link to that discussion. Interesting! It seems that there wasn't really consensus that "first to" is bad & at least in the one example, "first to" hooks resulted in the most and fewest hits. However, I've combined them in a proposed ALT3 hook. Unfortunately, as I was looking, it seems the wiki article is incorrect, if Google Translate is to be trusted. The wiki article says that Butar Butar was charged with something that happened in 1996, but the two links in ALT3 refer to the "Tanjung Priok incident on September 12, 1984". Can you take a look at this & correct the article as needed? QuakerSquirrel (talk) 13:31, 8 June 2021 (UTC)
@QuakerSquirrel: Ah yeah - thanks for pointing that mistake, I read the newspiece too quickly. I've corrected it accordingly. I approve your ALT, please go ahead. --Regards, Jeromi Mikhael 01:47, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
Approved with a preference for ALT3. (I'm not totally sure whether to use the AGF tick, because I used Google translate to read the articles but they are not in English & I cannot read them without Google translate.) QuakerSquirrel (talk) 12:35, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
