Criteria
The Adoptee Graduation Barnstar may be awarded when an adoptee has 'graduated' from the adopt a user program.The award was created by Gaia Octavia Agrippa for her first adoptees on August 28, 2008.
Usage
To use this Barnstar template, create a new section on the user talkpage of the user you want to give the award to, and add {{subst:Adopteegraddiploma|1=Put your message here. ~~~~}}
to the talk page of the user to whom you wish to award it.
