100% ?

I am a little confused: if "100% of chemical brigades, internment brigades, judge advocate units, medical groups, railway units, training & exercise divisions, and water supply battalions" belong to the reserve, then does that mean we only have these units 1 weekend a month and 2 weeks a year??? 141.152.254.26 (talk) 04:56, 28 May 2010 (UTC)
