This article is childish, inaccurate, and poorly written. Can we perhaps have it removed or significantly modified, hopefully this time with a citation or two? Slartibartfastibast (talk) 02:55, 4 January 2011 (UTC)

Looking for references on Google suggests that Tribal Knowledge is solely a management buzzword. I don't think it's notable enough for its own article. It should be deleted or merged with something else, possibly the Six Sigma or Institutional Memory articles. MauveRanger (talk) 20:31, 4 December 2017 (UTC)
