Improving the article edit

This article has been proposed for deletion and I tried improving it a bit. Till date, we have only one translation of the Tirukkural available in the Meitei language. I have added additional citation to back the contents. I also found that this is the first ever translation of a Tamil work in the Meitei language. Perhaps this explains, in part, the paucity of information on it. With these additions, I've removed the deletion proposal tag in the article as instructed in the tag.
