Why is the article quoting Proverbs without context? edit
There is a clear differences between "lying when it matters" and "lying when it does not matter", which is exactly the distinction the article is making. Despite this, without any explanation or context, the current version has a Proverb against a "lying tongue" randomly thrown in the middle. This does not really seem to fit here, given that this is a specific article about the commandment.
It should either be removed or highlighted as a case where there are prohibitions against "any" lying, in other parts of the Bible.

Many testified falsely against Jesus, but their statements did not agree. edit
This has always baffled me. Jesus said "I will destroy the temple". He did not tell his listeners that he was speaking of his body, not the Temple.
