I changed his profession to something more accurate to what was actually said in the scene, and added the reason for his phone calls from the boat to the next sentence. Minor stuff but I couldn't leave it alone after having just seen the movie. 180.180.97.2 (talk) 08:04, 30 March 2017 (UTC)Reply

Release dates edit

This makes no sense. England will see this in April, but the US wont get this movie until September? Holy crap. I guess the theaters in the U.S. are already backlogged with movies booked all the way thru September. But why isnt it the same situation in theaters in England? Thats five months for bootlegs to be distributed. Marc S. Dania, Fl 206.192.35.125 (talk) 12:56, 12 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

This movie opened in theaters in the U.S. on September 7, 2012. On Monday Sept 10, 2012, the DVD was released in England. Of course, this is a prime example of why the movie companies code the DVDS by region. The british DVD is not supposed to be able to play on DVD players in the U.S. I suspect now the movie will certainly be copied for bootleg versions over here in the U.S.; The movie is not getting much of an audience in the theaters in the U.S.; I liked the movie; Although the plot is weak and contrived. Theres a dire urgency to kill everybody who might know something, and they all know nothing. The film is billed as a Bruce Willis movie, and he's dead fifteen minutes into the start of the movie. All the media attention is going to be on the movie "Looper." I wonder if DVD rentals and sales will make up the additional three million dollars that "Cold Light of Day" needs to break even. Ending edit

So did he really accept? Or it was mentioned by something like commentary? --TX55TALK 14:56, 31 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

I saw the film the other night, right at the end Colm Meany playing a senior CIA chap who looks like a leprechaun, is speaking to Will and when Will asks what is inside the briefcase, Meany says that there is only one way for Will to find out, with the implication that if he wants to find out, he needs to join the CIA. 80.177.3.166 (talk) 07:37, 4 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

I changed the ending to the way it really was. The implication of the so-called offer to join the CIA was weak, and the end of the movie focused more on the existence of a sister the two brothers never knew they had. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Movie Mavin (talkcontribs) 05:33, 10 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
