Barcelona edit
studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain for a semester in college. During this trip she had the opportunity to be fully immersed in the Spanish language
They don't speak Spanish in Barcelona. And they don't take kindly to being referred to as being in Spain. The administrative unit is called Catalunya, or Catalonia in English. Nuttyskin (talk) 11:51, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
The particular 'like' or 'dislike' on the part of residents of being a city in Spain is not particularly relevant to the fact that the city of Barcelona is, indeed, in Spain. They also very much speak Spanish there. 24.182.239.226 (talk) 01:56, 17 April 2019 (UTC)
