Notable national public holidays edit

At the moment, the list looks anecdotical. For example, there is no reason to mention the Italian "Festa della Repubblica" (2nd of June, which is not considered summer yet in Italy) and not mention instead the much more relevant "Ferragosto" (15th of August, which is "the" summer holiday in the country, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ferragosto).
