Could Fr John Saward be included under distinguished former students? Declaration of COI: As an organisation, we feel that this article would benefit from some up-to-date information regarding the number and type of non-ordinand students, and some further information about student life. I (Jennifer Sheffield) have provided these in my capacity as College and Admissions Secretary at the College, and they will soon be up on our new website as well.
Feel free to take out or reword anything that would come across as biased, and point me towards anything else I need to clarify or do. In addition, I am happy to provide some more images of the college for this article.

Alongside its ordinand population, St Stephen's House has a large community of trainee teachers and those studying Education, Theology, and other related subjects. Although it is an Anglican theological college, the college is inclusive to all faiths, and those who follow no faith at all, which is reflected in its diverse graduate student body.
Under 'Permanent Private Hall' section:
...the priesthood continues to have a prominent role, alongside the growing community of PGCE students, and those undertaking DPhil and Masters-level degrees in Education, Theology, Late Antique and Byzantine Studies, Oriental Studies and several other disciplines. In the last decade, St Stephen's House has admitted 180 PGCE students, 105 Education students, and 59 people studying Theology and related subjects. The college has one of the largest cohorts of PGCE students in the University of Oxford, specialising in a range of subjects such as English, Mathematics, Modern Languages, the Sciences, Geography and Religious Education. All students at the college are classified as 'mature' (over 21 years of age).
Under 'Student Life'
(after 'The college has always been located...' paragraph) Some non-ordinand students take part in the religious life of the college, but many do not and there is no obligation for them to do so. There are plenty of other ways that students are involved in college life, whether it is through sport, music, communal dining, or the social activities arranged by the Common Room committee. In recent years there have been such activities as charity quizzes, a bake off, film viewings, games nights, gin tasting and outings.
Formal dinners are one of the key elements of the Oxford experience, and St Stephen's House embraces this tradition with enthusiasm. There are weekly smart dinners to which guests can be invited, which the students take it in turns to serve to their fellow college members. These three-course dinners are preceded by sherry in the Common Room and followed by coffee and drinks from the Common Room bar. In addition, once a term there is a black tie banquet dinner held in the church, with a drinks reception beforehand and the opportunity to continue to the bar afterwards.
The college is situated just off the Cowley Road, a vibrant and diverse area of Oxford well-stocked with restaurants, pubs and shops, as well as an independent cinema. From there it is a short walk to the High Street and the city centre.
