The article states:

The greatest population of this species of owl is in the Cynometra-Manilkara forest, which is less than one-third of the Sokoke Forest. It is also found in the Afzelia-Cynometra forest.

I find this confusing, as "Cynometra-Manilkara forest" doesn't seem to be a particular forest, but rather a type of forest. (See http://cca.kws.go.ke/Arabuko.html for example.) Rather than describing a place, I think this is describing what parts of the Sokoke Forest the owls inhabit (i.e. the parts populated by Cynometra, Manilkara, and Afzelia).
