Origins edit

Edited origins to include definition, source of information. Sisig was not invented or accidentally discovered by Filipinos who recycled pig heads and innards from US troops in Pampanga. That's folklore (in fact I never heard about it until now). Also added the fact that sisig is cooked differently, depending where you are in the province. Sisig queen edit

I added a sub-section to add details of sisig since 1974 until her death today: On April 16, 2008 she succumbed to massive head injuries caused by the hammer. Cunanan's trademark sisig was started in the mid 1974 when she served a unique blend or concoction of boiled and chopped pig ears and cheeks seasoned with vinegar, calamansi juice, chopped onions and chicken liver and more likely served in sizzling plates. Today, a varieties include sisig ala pizzailo, pork combination, green mussels or tahong, mixed seafood, ostrich sisig, spicy python, frog sisig, Tokwa't Baboy, among other dishes.[1]
