There is a difference between physical sexual arousal and the experience of sexual arousal - Physical performance may be achieved without mental experience of pleasure.

I think one article is about the mental experience, and the other about the physical experience.

Frigidity should not be merged into sexual arousal disorder because the term "frigidity" is commonly used. If this were a text for medical professionals, this proposal would make sense.

I am not sure how this can be reworded, but currently this article is misleading. Therapists cannot "remove" doubt or cure issues. Therapy involves addressing issues, but alas, therapists do not have the magical powers to remove doubt.

While I appreciate the faith in the therapeutic community as a graduate student in counseling, I do want to call attention to this point. It perpetuates the myth that counselors can go in and cure you. Unfortunately therapy is hard work, and the therapist is more of a facilitator.
