Confusing indentations

While all of the content seems worthwhile to include, I am confused by the multiple indentations in the article. Are they blockquotes? Are they Ghandi's own words? I'm sure reading through the sources would help clarify, but it couldn't hurt to organize the article a bit better. 108.73.114.97 (talk) 03:48, 23 August 2011 (UTC)

Renaming page as "Seven Social Sins" may be appropriate

This is the same list as Gandhi gave much earlier as "Seven Social Sins". Gandhi's Collected Works (electronic version) list it as having been published in Young India in the October 22, 1925 issue, more than 2 decades earlier than the date given in this article for his communication of them to his grandson Arun. They are cited by the name "Seven Social Sins" in many books (ONE EXAMPLE HERE). There is no contradiction involved in his giving them in both cases, perhaps even under different titles.
   But the article should not imply (as it currently seems to imply) that the list originated in 1947 or 1948. I expect shortly to make some changes in the article to take note of the earlier publication (and the earlier name, too). However, this also raises the question of whether the page should be renamed as something like "Seven Social Sins" rather than "Seven Blunders of the World," since I strongly suspect the list has been much more widely discussed under the former name. For a full discussion, we would do well to wait a little bit longer until relevant new material can be added that addresses this earlier history. Would anyone else like to help do this?
