Service Tax → Service Tax (India) – This article is solely focused on the 'service tax' from India, lacking any content on 'service tax' in general. It would be more appropriate for this article to be moved to 'Service Tax (India)' to avoid confusion. JETH888 message me 12:03, 24 August 2021 (UTC)

• @Jeth888: There's no other article about any other "service tax" on WP, and the lead sentence makes it clear what the article is about, so the current more WP:CONCISE title is appropriate. I've redirected Service Tax (India) to point to this article. Station1 (talk) 16:12, 24 August 2021 (UTC)

• I wonder if it would be better to redirect the present to GST, and make the move; at the very least, GST should be hat noted. I don't have a strong preference for or against the move, though. BilledMammal (talk) 04:53, 25 August 2021 (UTC)

• Oppose. A Google search seems to return results primarily about this topic, and it is also sesmingly the only entity on the project that has been called a straight "service tax". There can be a hatnote to cover other types of GST.  — Amakuru (talk) 10:36, 16 September 2021 (UTC)
• Oppose (but support move to Service tax). If somebody writes a WP:BROADCONCEPT article on service tax, then there would be a strong argument for it to go at this name. In the mean-time, there is no need to disambiguate. If the move were made, then Service Tax would redirect here in any case (and it would make no sense for Service Tax to redirect to GST).
