The description of the organisation and its activities is badly out of date. I have added obvious basic information, but citations will be hard to find not from the organisation itself, but please point out gaps that really do need sources. There ought to be a new section on the role during the pandemic, as the independence has been tested in several directions. Ca3tki (talk) 14:25, 30 April 2022 (UTC)
