Just to correct the opening paragraph... Ronnie Moran was not caretaker manager after the departure of Graeme Souness (Roy Evans took this role before being appointed permanently) but he was caretaker manager in April 1992 when Souness went in for heart surgery. ----

Encyclopedia or hagiography? edit

"Along with the great Bob Paisley. . ." Is this the way to write an encyclopedic article?
