"(With Michael Praed, later Jason Connery)"? Wouldn't it be more informative to write it as: "(Starring Michael Praed, later Jason Connery)" or "(Starring Michael Praed in the first two seasons and Jason Connery in the third season)"? The current text suggests that Praed and Connery helped Carpenter write the scripts. Peter Knutsen 15:55, 24 July 2005 (UTC)Reply

Year of birth

edit

Further to the correction to the date of birth made by Richard Carpenter's daughter (diff), a search on FreeBMD reveals 9 individuals named Richard Carpenter who had births registered between 1928 and 1935; but only one in or anywhere near King's Lynn, namely Richard M. Carpenter (mother's maiden-name Winkley), registered in the September-December quarter of 1929. This therefore represents independent documentary evidence for the change.
