Alkalinisation etc edit

Bringing causes in line with sources edit
I noticed at least one cause was omitted from the in-text summary despite being in the cited source. So I added that one, and gave it a more recent and better source. I've found a bunch of other very recent sources, too, and I'm not sure if it's appropriate to add those or if there are enough? Kalany (talk) 23:33, 6 July 2023 (UTC)
