RA PROVINCE IS UNIQUE BECAUSE TUI NAVITILEVU IS THE PARAMOUNT CHIEF.THE FOUR HIGH CHIEFS OF RA PROVINCE ARE:THE TURAGA BALE NA VUNIVALU NA TUI NALAWA( CHIEF OF THE NALAWA TIKINA)RATU EPELI NIUDAMU,TU NAVITILEVU(PARAMOUNT CHIEF OF RA)RATU MELI BOLOBOLO,RATU NI NATAUIYA( CHIEF OF SAIVOU)the title became vacant since the death of RATU KALIONI TAUKENA AND THE GONESAU(P CHIEF OF THE NAKOROTUBU DISTRICT)the title became vacant after the death of RATU WILISONI TUIKETEI MALANI.This four chiefs usally discuss the matters of the province.
