Talk:Public relations officer

2010 edit

The Harvard Business Review article referenced actually discusses the role of Chief Customer Officer, not Chief Communications Officer. A different CCO. You can't tell that without subscription to HBR as the slug doesn't get as far as defining which CCO is the object in question. Recommend removal from this entry.

Chief communications officerPublic relations officer – To maintain consistency with the article public relations. Also, the word "public relations officer" renders more Google search results than "chief communications officer" does. --Kailash29792 (talk) 14:11, 3 March 2018 (UTC)Reply

  • Support. Case well made, uncontroversial IMO. Andrewa (talk) 15:22, 10 March 2018 (UTC)Reply
