Questionable neutrality edit
Several parts of this article have been edited in such a way as to suggest (rather blatantly) Chinese superiority over corresponding American and Hong Kong generations. This article should be flagged for neutrality. 199.72.19.178 (talk) 21:35, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
1979? edit
The generation is based off of the One Child Policy in Mainland China; this policy first applied to first children born in the year 1979. However, the article states that this group is only from 1980-1989 and 1990-1999 has a very similar effect. What about the children born in 1979? Okay, a very late reply - but Chinese culture is quite superstitious and I believe they place high value in numbers for this reason. Thus, 1979ers despite being after the OCP would still be consider after 70s. I think its sorta silly to say that a 1979er has more in common with someone born in 1970 than someone born in 1980 but I guess that's how their culture views things. Canada edit
Why is Canada mentioned in this article? It is specifically about a Chinese generation, yet lists a couple random statistics about Canadians born in the 80s that have nothing to do with the corresponding Chinese generation.
