There is a line towards the end of the article that reads "Laissez-faire economist said it was "barrier to labour mobility" and "a barrier to migration decisions"."
It is not clear who is claiming that or whether it is some proponent of laissez-faire economics.
Should this be "English systems of poor relief" or some such thingedit

Poor relief was undertaken systematically by governments of other countries. For example Uichang, a system of poor relief by the Goryeo and Joseon governments is supported by the Encyclopedia of Korean Culture.MargaretRDonald (talk) 02:22, 15 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
