Page needs an overhaul edit

pay in the event of gross misconduct, the article seems to be wrong edit
The article currently says "Even employees dismissed for gross misconduct is entitled to be paid their notice period" but ACAS says "In a dismissal for gross misconduct, PILON is not normally paid" www.acas.org.uk/index.aspx?articleid=4540 I propose changing the article and adding this reference. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 165.225.80.105 (talk) 16:40, 2 January 2019 (UTC)
