History section is skewed edit

The history section is rather weird, it focuses on the buildings and where it was held instead of what powers the Assembly had, and who could vote. Especially the question of suffrage should be addressed, as it was Whites only to begin with (afaik).--Batmacumba (talk) 12:31, 10 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
