- It's got a reasonable number and quality of citations for what it is, and it speaks about something specific that (however trite or banal) a significant number of people know about. If you make a joke about these ads in a modern English-speaking country, most people would probably know what you're talking about, so you could argue it has a small but appreciable amount of cultural significance in the background of our advertising-dominated society. 69.172.176.96 (talk) 06:36, 29 June 2020 (UTC)

- The intersections of people who are likely to read this article with people who are vulnerable to or perpetrating these scams are probably vanishingly small.
