Korea edit

Why has this been added to the Korean portal? Explain or it will be removed. -- VederJuda 12:25, 17 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Please be civil. The reason why it's been added is because it's part of Korea-related topics. Deiaemeth 01:55, 18 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
How does it relate to Korea? If this game was made in Korea, that's not good enough since the article is not about Korea, or some aspect of Korea itself. Samsung is Korean, and the Korean Portal is not on that article. -- VederJuda 02:00, 18 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
Korean portal encompasses vast aspects of Korea-related culture. The game was made by a joint Korean-Japanese developers. I also added a Korean template on Samsung Group talk site, thank you for pointing that out =). Deiaemeth 02:04, 18 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
Is this also why the "alternate Korean spelling" is in here?
Yup. Since this is a joint project by both Korean and Japanese developer, I'd appreciate the Japanese spelling to this game as well. Deiaemeth 17:59, 20 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

my changes edit

I've removed some 'copyedits' from the characers section and tried to add replacements.

(I meant copy-vios not copy-edits)87.102.74.118 14:01, 14 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

I've also added to the criticism section some things that could be described as bugs or flaws.87.102.13.80 22:05, 9 June 2007 (UTC) The criticism might be over long.87.102.20.50 00:02, 10 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

I had to remove the desriptions of the characters as they were copies from the istruction book - (copyright almost certainly applies to it....)213.249.237.95 06:01, 10 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

I also (perhaps a little cruelly) removed the adjective 'acclaimed' from the description of producer Tetsuya Mizuguchi - as in reality - he isn't (widely that is).213.249.237.95 06:03, 10 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

game description edit

I think it would help the description if it pointed out that many of the models eg catapults, dark elves etc are 'copied' from the kingdom under fire series - might help to give an idea of what the game looks like - maybe this counts as 'original research' - I've never really cared seeing as it's stating the obvious but..87.102.74.118 14:01, 14 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Soundtrack edit

Galbadia Hotel file say that the composer is Pinar Toprak, but I know some soundtrack rippers put their own names or internet pseudonyms in the artist's name of file name. This game has beautiful, epic soundtrack and it deserves recognition. Is there a Korean or Japanese disc release of it? We really need more information about it here.

Pretty... for a Korean game? edit

What's with this sentence? "Ninety-Nine Nights met with near universal acclaim for its graphics when released, despite being developed by a Korean company." (Emphasis mine.) Are Korean games somehow rated as being less visually appealing or something? Also, "near universal acclaim?" Sounds a little weaselly to me. If there's no factual basis for this statement, I'd like to remove it. Atypicaloracle (talk) 09:25, 29 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Proposed merge of Ninety-Nine Nights Original Soundtrack into Ninety-Nine Nights edit

The album is the video game's soundtrack, and does not contain enough info to be a stand-alone page. Kingdom(Hearts)Come (talk) 18:05, 25 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
