Oppose. The one English-language source currently cited in the article refers to the channel as "News18 India". The "India" isn't "unnecessary disambiguation", it appears it's just part of the channel's name. Before supporting the move, I would want to see evidence that secondary RS usually refer to the channel as just "News18". Colin M (talk) 20:14, 22 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Actually, "News18 India" refers to a specific Hindi-language news channel, and there are other channels like News18 Rajasthan, News18 Bangla, News18 Kerala etc which serve regionally. The primary confusion arises because the News18 network does have its own article. Oppose, the article is about the Hindi language news channel "News18 India" in specific rather than News18 network as a whole. I've redirected News18 to Network18 Group which is the parent company of the News18 television channels (through TV18) and their official website (through Web18).
