Ramachari's character in TaRaSu edit

A section in this article says TaRaSu, who watched this movie, is quoted to have said Ramachari is not a Naagarahaavu but a Kerehaavu. Can the author of this article please explain in what way was TaRaSu's Ramachari different from Puttanna's characterisation of Ramachari?
